This delivery includes an old lighthouse and also the classic "Fresnel light", suitable for realistic scenes.
The items is delivered with 4K textures that can be downscaled if needed. All items is delivered with a highpoly (LOD2) and a lowpoly version.
The building is hollow with textured walls etc, however it isn´t "decorated" so for example no spiral stairs is included, if you need such item you may let us know and we can probably include it at a future update.
The highpoly versions is used for the presentation images.
Lights isn´t included but can easily be setup with for example an spot light as shown in presentation images.
